My name is Paul Baird and I have been the Athletic Director in Salado ISD since 2015.  We are very blessed to be part of Salado ISD and the great community of Salado. My wife of 25 years (Corey) is a Biology Teacher at the High School and is our Head Girls Cross Country Coach and Head Girls Track Coach. Our oldest son Konnor graduated in 2020 and then went on to play college baseball and is currently finishing his MBA. Our youngest son Kannon is a senior and 2025 graduate of Salado High School. Our coaching staff and trainers are fantastic and they work extremely hard to give our kids the best experience possible in our Athletic Program.  We have been blessed to be surrounded with a great staff and the best kids here in Salado and want to wish everyone the best for the 2024-2025 school year!!!
