Paul Baird
My name is Paul Baird and I have been the Athletic Director in Salado ISD since 2015. We are very blessed to be part of Salado ISD and the great community of Salado. My wife of 27 years (Corey) is a Biology Teacher at the High School and is our Head Girls Cross Country Coach and Head Girls Track Coach. Our oldest son Konnor graduated in 2020 and then went on to play college baseball and is currently working for Stryker at St. David's Hospital. Our youngest son Kannon is a 2025 graduate of Salado High School and is currently playing Baseball at Hardin Simmons University. Our coaching staff and trainers are fantastic and they work extremely hard to give our kids the best experience possible in our Athletic Program. We have been blessed to be surrounded with a great staff and the best kids here in Salado and want to wish everyone the best for the 2025-2026 school year!!!
