Tuesday night, the Lady Eagles traveled to Marble Falls to take on the Lady Mustangs in District 24-4A play. Salado comfortably won in 3 sets to remain undefeated in district play and extend their overall record to 27-6. The Lady Eagles jumped out to a set 1 victory with a score of 25-11 followed by 25-15 and 25-21 wins to complete the sweep. Salado's leading hitters were Outside Kael Wilcox and Middle Elsie Law with 10 and 9 kills respectively. Junior OH Haley Brown would hit .500 on the night with 5 kills on 10 swings and 0 errors. Payton Ortega would also have a solid night hitting .571 from the right side. Defensively, the Lady Eagles were led by Senior Libero Shelby Hollywood who received a 2.13 and had 10 digs.

Both JV Red and JV White would also win in straight sets.

Salado is off this weekend before hitting the road again on Tuesday, 10/1, in Lampasas with start times of 5/5/6.
