Your Salado Eagles came away with a victory in Friday night’s football game in Gonzales last Friday, 14-0. Our defense obviously played lights out the entire night, accomplishing a shutout and only allowing 140 total yards. The offense started hot, scoring on their first 2 drives, and then were stalled out for most of the game. But we did what was necessary to win the football game in all 3 phases - including the recovery of two onside kicks. It was an awesome district win!!
